Service Operations Manager

At Cintas, we're seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our customer-facing service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of your team, providing leadership, and fostering a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and manage a high-performing team of service representatives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Provide hands-on support to direct reports, including accompanying service representatives on customer visits and driving company-owned vehicles
Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in service management or a related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
