- Conduct thorough research and gather essential details related to Automotive and Trade Shows for designated clients. Organize and input all pricing, deadlines, and booth specifications into various Excel documents as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all suppliers to obtain precise quotes for external services as necessary. This encompasses transportation, furniture, forklift equipment, flooring, floral arrangements, and more, under the guidance of the Account Manager.
- Support the Account Team in developing and revising client budgets with accurate pricing and estimates from show kits and preferred suppliers.
- Procure all services for upcoming Private Events, Automotive Shows, and Trade Shows. Submit all necessary floor plans, electrical layouts, and insurance documentation as required.
- Assemble and dispatch all event materials to the appropriate supervisor ahead of each show or event.
- Assist in arranging essential travel for supervisors, collaborating with various Czarnowski city managers to complete credit card authorization and travel request forms.
- Execute any additional tasks as requested by the Account Team when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a team setting while adhering to deadlines.
- Outstanding time management skills combined with a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multifaceted work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to respond to calls and emails during extended hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
- Preparedness to travel for conferences and meetings for professional development, as well as events and shows as needed. Expected annual travel time: Up to 10%.
