About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-unit facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers and cleaning equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
- Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs of debris.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining stock rooms and restrooms.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
