About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks across multiple McDonald's locations in Central, Mid-Coast, and Southern Maine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and appliances
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend lifespan
  • Travel to multiple locations to perform maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in electrical, maintenance, or HVAC work
  • Basic electrical and refrigeration skills (certification a plus)
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible availability, including on-call hours and weekends
  • Driver's license required
