About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks across multiple McDonald's restaurant locations in Central, Mid-Coast, and Southern Maine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including building repairs, equipment maintenance, and preventative maintenance
  • Travel to multiple restaurant locations to perform maintenance tasks
  • Use basic electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in electrical, maintenance, or HVAC work
  • Basic electrical and mechanical skills, with certification a plus
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible availability, including on-call hours and weekends
  • Driver's license required
