Since our inception, we have been at the forefront of innovation, catering to the needs of travelers requiring mobility assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor staff, including recruitment, performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee inventory management for terminal and onboard rental programs.
  • Facilitate training and development for team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage daily operations across multiple routes to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate employee schedules and route planning, maintaining communication throughout the day.
  • Handle the delivery and retrieval of equipment as required.
  • Perform basic maintenance and service on mobility equipment when necessary.
  • Implement security protocols for warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and customer service to enhance the delivery experience.
  • Ensure timely vehicle maintenance through our service partners.
  • Review payroll submissions biweekly for accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory management systems to track equipment and supplies.
  • Work with operations and service teams to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and forecasting to meet demand.
  • Uphold warehouse organization and quality control standards.
  • Support additional operational tasks as required.
  • Analyze Profit and Loss reports to manage operational expenses.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of warehousing practices and procedures.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • TWIC Card is advantageous; candidates without one must obtain it prior to employment.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
