Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for driving property performance by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas. You will also respond to cleaning requests in a timely and quality manner, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks in common areas, including pools, laundry, clubhouses, and parking lots.
  • Respond to and complete cleaning requests in a timely and quality manner.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Maintain property value by performing preventative maintenance.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and correcting safety issues.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of general housekeeping experience, preferably in the multifamily or related industry.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a full-time schedule.
  • Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
