Support the IT Manager in a dynamic setting by configuring and sustaining System and Network Infrastructures. Provide advanced support as necessary and assist or lead various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based computers, mobile devices, and servers.
  2. Offer assistance for Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV).

  5. Implement and manage RF and wireless technologies.

  12. Communicate with operational teams and leadership regarding issues, propose solutions, and implement preventive measures.
  13. Establish and execute maintenance programs adhering to company and manufacturer standards.
  14. Maintain confidentiality concerning information processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
  15. Document network issues and resolutions for future reference.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  17. Travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Windows OS and Office applications.
  • Experience with networking technologies such as switches, routers, and access points.
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT sector with knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills for solving complex issues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Linux is advantageous.
  • Experience in warehouse IT is beneficial.
  • Understanding of logistics and technology related to warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of AGV processes is advantageous.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures and heights.
  • Ability to safely operate around heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts) in a fast-paced setting.

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Participate in bi-annual training and testing in a controlled environment to ensure readiness.
  • Requires composure in stressful situations and quick decision-making to reduce impact on operations.

  • Weekend hours are mandatory, and holiday work may be required. Some travel is expected.
