As a key member of the Stonewood Grill & Tavern team, the Kitchen Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our culinary operations. This dynamic individual will be responsible for leading and driving the daily kitchen operations, managing a team of hourly staff, and overseeing all administrative and leadership functions to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Culinary Excellence: Develop and implement menu innovation and item development to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Operations and Administration: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, quality control, and safety protocols, to ensure a positive guest and team member experience.
- Payroll and Scheduling: Handle payroll and scheduling for kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Training and Development: Focus on team development, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Food Safety Certification: Possess food handler certification, strongly preferred.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members.
