Hotel Rehabs, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead our construction projects across the United States.

Job Summary

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the entire on-site renovation process, from initial planning to closeout. This includes managing project schedules, coordinating with hotel representatives, and ensuring compliance with construction documents and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate with hotel representatives
  • Ensure compliance with construction documents and plans
  • Coordinate with local sub-contractors and vendors
  • Manage project RFIs and change orders
  • Conduct safety meetings and trainings
Requirements
  • 2-7 years of commercial construction experience
  • Proficiency with construction documents and plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
  • Valid US Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Educational background in construction or architecture
  • Direct hotel construction-related experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Enthusiasm for travel
Working Conditions

The Superintendent will work on-site, traveling to various locations across the US. The company will compensate travel and boarding expenses.

Compensation

The Superintendent will receive a competitive salary, plus bonus based on performance. The company offers a 40-60 hour workweek and a comprehensive benefits package.
