We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to manage the day-to-day activities of luxury retail construction projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and adhering to safety protocols.

Job Description

This role involves managing day-to-day construction field activities, ensuring project milestones are met, and developing site logistics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing blueprints, customer needs, and contractor submissions to execute appropriate bids
  • Leading teams in construction project planning and site coordination
  • Monitoring subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety guidelines
  • Utilizing effective time management to ensure timely project completion
  • Coordinating and supervising all construction activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a construction superintendent for a general contractor
  • OSHA certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience leading ground-up construction projects and managing large teams
