We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Survey Crew Chief to join our Infrastructure Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our survey crew in the field, ensuring data quality, and implementing innovative technologies to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient data acquisition plans for field surveys, including primary control and as-built surveys.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear expectations and goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including Reality Capture and UAS platforms.
  • Manage and maintain geospatial data, including record-keeping and data analysis.
  • Utilize Trimble Survey data Collectors, GNSS, and Conventional Total Stations to collect and process geospatial data.
  • Participate in training and coaching programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience in horizontal and vertical survey control networks.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation CAD platforms.
  • Ability to work regular overtime and travel as necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and strong supervisory skills.
