Our expertise spans from RF analysis to the design and implementation of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Wi-Fi networks, alongside remote monitoring and management of intricate multi-vendor environments. Our proprietary software, Site Portal, is designed to facilitate the remote oversight of these complex systems.
Since our inception in 1999, we have been committed to executing end-to-end in-building wireless solutions utilizing cutting-edge analysis tools. Our dedication to excellence ensures that we consistently meet and exceed project expectations, adapting to the evolving landscape of wireless technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct RF testing on commercial 5G NR, 4G LTE, and legacy 3G UMTS/CDMA systems, as well as Public Safety/LMR systems, utilizing a variety of test and measurement equipment.
- Perform RF propagation modeling and network simulations to optimize system performance.
- Provide RF zoning support, including the preparation and review of coverage and capacity modeling for local permitting processes.
- Independently manage projects while mentoring junior engineers in their tasks.
- Design macrocell and DAS systems, ensuring optimal wireless performance.
- Conduct RF Exposure Studies and verify compliance with FCC regulations.
- Analyze intermodulation and interference issues to enhance system reliability.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment for immediate use.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth understanding of RF principles and theories, including signal path, power, frequency, noise, and modulation.
- Proficient in RF propagation modeling tools and GIS mapping software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
