Job Summary

C Squared Systems LLC is seeking a skilled RF Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DAS maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunication systems. Your expertise in RF/Wireless communications, troubleshooting, and testing will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers and the DAS maintenance team in troubleshooting and testing RF systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on DAS systems, including parts procurement and equipment repair/return
  • Coordinate with carriers, end-users, facility managers, and equipment vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Generate status reports and customer updates to ensure transparency and satisfaction
  • Track and resolve open trouble tickets in a timely manner
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support as needed
  • Contribute to the growth of our DAS maintenance business and contract renewal efforts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with radio frequency devices and/or systems is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with DAS systems, including CommScope, JMA, SOLID, and Corning
  • Basic knowledge of IP networking and computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, peers, and management
