Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Canvasser to join our team at Leaf Home. As a Field Canvasser, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team by meeting with prospective customers at their homes to introduce our product offerings and gather their information for product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote Leaf Home's products and services.
  • Cover assigned territories during scheduled shifts to meet with prospective customers and gather their information.
  • Acquire customer contact information for product demonstrations and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.
  • Report daily results to field management and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Ability to work outside in varying climates.
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service to customers.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous door-to-door canvassing experience.
  • Home improvement knowledge and/or experience.
Work Environment

This is a field-based position that requires working outside in varying temperatures and climates. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-win-every-day mentality.
