About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Health Record Specialist to join our team at One Health. As a key member of our informatics department, you will play a critical role in the development, administration, and optimization of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer EHR training curriculum for new staff and technical competencies for existing staff throughout their career lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions related to the EHR and associated applications.
  • Configure, administer, and provide EHR training to enhance and support One Health's mission.
  • Conduct workflow analysis, offer implementation roadmaps, and define optimization strategies in conjunction with supervisors, project management, and the Quality Department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and model the mission of One Health when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with Medical Assistant, LPN, or Dental Assistant certification, or an associate degree in nursing, dental hygiene, clinical informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare, with an advanced understanding of electronic health record charting.
  • Preferred: Three to five years' experience in healthcare, with experience in a thena One or EPIC EHR, and experience training and supporting clinicians.
