Job Responsibilities- Paid Acquisition: Drive all paid acquisition activities, including paid media, SEO, and email campaigns, to generate high-quality SMB leads and achieve pipeline goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize paid channel strategies to maximize ROI and meet aggressive growth targets.
- SMB Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate, nurture, and convert SMB leads across all digital channels.
- Strategic Planning: Align paid acquisition and lead generation strategies with corporate objectives for measurable growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team focused on SMB lead generation and paid acquisition efforts.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve the effectiveness of paid acquisition campaigns.
