We're looking for a dedicated QC Technician to help us meet our high standards of quality and safety. As a Quality Assurance Technician at Quality Harvest Foods, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $18.50–$20.00 per hour. You'll enjoy a regular schedule, with Monday-Friday shifts and occasional Saturdays. As part of our team, you'll receive training and support to excel in your role.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve quality control and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or related role.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
