About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Trade Spend team at Glanbia plc. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing customer deductions, setting up promotional codes, and ensuring accurate trade accruals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trade accrual databases to facilitate reporting of actual trade spend by customer and SKU.
  • Administer and enforce deduction management policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of customer deductions to ensure each deduction is valid and supported.
  • Track and communicate with customers and sales teams to resolve any deduction disputes.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis on deductions and trade spend to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills, with knowledge of SAP and Business Objects a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
