Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Services team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping young children with disabilities or delays develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and other team members.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and strategies to support children's communication, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Collaborate with families to enhance their child's development and provide them with the skills and support they need.
  • Participate in Birth to Three sponsored trainings, meetings, and learning opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of CT.
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license.
  • One year of experience working with children in early intervention.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
