Key Responsibilities
  • Apply colors to products using brushes, paint sprayers, and other equipment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of color formulas and patterns
  • Assist multiple production lines as needed
  • Work at a fast pace to meet production demands
  • Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry and tooling
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
Working Conditions

The work environment is representative of those an associate may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The average plant temperature conditions range from 60° in the cooler months and up to 110° during the warmer months.

Safety

Safe work performance is required from each associate at all times. Perform all duties and responsibilities safely in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals. Required to wear or use personal protective equipment as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions.
