Como Especialista en Seguridad, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el mantenimiento de un entorno seguro y acogedor para pacientes, familias y visitantes. Reportando al Gerente de Seguridad, serás responsable de supervisar las condiciones de seguridad y protección en el campus y en ubicaciones externas.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
  • Brindar un servicio al cliente rápido y cortés a las personas en el campus.
  • Mantener la conciencia sobre el horario de los pacientes y las actividades del campus.
  • Patrullar edificios, estacionamientos y terrenos de manera regular.
  • Monitorear cámaras de CCTV de seguridad y responder a las comunicaciones entrantes.
  • Completar Informes de Actividad Diaria y Reportes de Incidentes según sea necesario.
  • Responder a situaciones de emergencia de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Desescalar y gestionar altercados con un enfoque en la prevención y el uso mínimo de la fuerza.
  • Mantener certificaciones actuales como oficial de seguridad desarmado.
  • Participar en sesiones de retroalimentación y revisiones entre pares para situaciones críticas.
  • Recomendar formas de mejorar la calidad del servicio.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas, como entregas de paquetes y registros de vehículos.
REQUISITOS:
  • Se prefiere diploma de secundaria o GED.
  • Se prefiere certificación CPRS, pero no es obligatoria.
  • Licencia de conducir válida de Tennessee.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Outlook, Word y Excel.
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones en condiciones de estrés.
  • Habilidades organizativas y de resolución de problemas superiores.
  • Autónomo con la capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
  • Capacidad para interactuar de manera colaborativa con colegas.
  • Se requiere un año de abstinencia verificable si está en recuperación.

AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO:
