  • Measure work pieces and progress of work, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain all tools and ensure proper working order, performing regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Monitor products on a continuous basis to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and understand directions, following all instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to load and unload parts with assistance into fixtures.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and work orders, applying this knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent level of education.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and reasoning in all situations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, managing time and workload efficiently and effectively.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to read precision gages, including micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to read a ruler or tape measure.
Working Conditions and Environment

The Assembly Technician II will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to machinery and equipment. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods is required, as well as the ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects.

The successful candidate will be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and will be required to hold a valid driver's license and operate a motor vehicle.
