About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solar Technician to join our team at Enel North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of solar technicians in the maintenance and repair of our solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 10 solar technicians in the maintenance and repair of solar power plants
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal plant performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Supervisory experience of field staff as a lead or foreman
  • Strong knowledge of electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and facility management systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
