Responsible for aligning our Oracle Health Hosting services with customer needs.

Implementation Leadership:

Project Planning and Monitoring:
Oversee timelines, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered punctually and within financial constraints.

Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience in technical customer account management or similar fields.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of Oracle Health products or equivalent technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to establish and maintain strategic roadmaps, setting clear expectations and ensuring high operational standards.

Strategic Insight:
Proven capability to think broadly and strategically, with exceptional written communication skills.

Leadership Attributes:
Sound judgment, maturity, negotiation/influence capabilities, and analytical skills are essential. Comfort with large data sets is critical.

Additional Responsibilities:

Roadmap Development:
Create and manage strategic roadmaps for cross-functional teams, tracking and reporting on project milestones.

Execution Oversight:
Ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery of user and developer-facing features.

Customer Experience Maintenance:
Uphold high standards and consistency in the Oracle customer experience.

Process Enhancement:
Propose process improvements and act as a partner for project-related inquiries and challenges.

Resource Allocation:

Status Reporting:
Provide ongoing updates on release statuses to senior management.

Division Representation:
Represent the division independently up to the VP level with appropriate guidance.

Issue Resolution:
Identify and address division-wide challenges by collaborating with key stakeholders.

Diplomatic Engagement:
Serve as the chief diplomat for the team, accurately conveying status, challenges, plans, and roadmaps at the division level.
