Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings to discuss service enhancements and VIP guests.
- Be knowledgeable about our menu and able to answer guest questions and concerns.
- Use Silverware POS Software to efficiently manage orders and payments.
- Assist teammates to enhance the guest experience and maintain a clean work area.
- Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards.
- Ability to work a full-time shift and stand for extended periods.
- Light work, exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
- Ability to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests, both verbally and in writing.
