Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Busser to join our team at The Northport Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Take initiative to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to discuss service enhancements and guest feedback.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Knowledge of emergency fire safety procedures and ability to assist as needed.
