Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Gringos Tex-Mex. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Contribute to the hiring and training of new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • At least two years of high-volume restaurant supervision experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
