Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including managers, servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a restaurant manager or in a related role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification or other certifications as required.
