Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Culinary Production Supervisor to oversee food preparation and quality assurance in our kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage food items for designated areas.
  • Delegate specific tasks to team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Monitor proper storage and handling of food products, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen spaces, including both food and non-food areas.
  • Report any equipment maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Sous Chef, including training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in a kitchen setting.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour.
