The individual will support a variety of project managers, engineers, architects, and space planners through drafting, designing, and coordinating activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for CADD and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of CADD drawings and design concepts.
  • Maintain both physical and digital CADD files for facilities.
  • Provide training to personnel on CADD system functionalities.
  • Administer space inventory databases and evaluate facility data.
  • Generate reports that integrate space occupancy with financial data.
  • Oversee facility projects ensuring adherence to contract specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers and contractors.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of experience in System Integration/CADD Operations is essential, along with expertise in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
