Job Title: Collision Estimator

Classic Collision Inc is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners, managing claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
  • Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience.
  • Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on the repair process.
  • Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
  • Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
  • Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
  • Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
  • I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Physical & Environmental:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear.

The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned are required.
