Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality video content for our social media platforms.
  • Work closely with our production team to shoot and edit video content across the country.
  • Develop engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
  • Consult with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process.
  • Write compelling social media content.
  • Lead idea sessions for upcoming projects.
  • Provide weekly and monthly statistics reports.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work in our office.
  • The work is demanding and will often require a minimum of 12-hour workdays.
  • Travel up to 75% of the month.
Qualifications
  • Must demonstrate loyalty to our cause and our founder.
  • Must be deeply passionate about our mission.
  • Must possess a willingness to risk it all on the truth and stay strong under pressure.
  • Ability to work to a tight schedule.
  • Strong storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with the fast pace of a startup organization (media organization preferred).
  • The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a great attitude.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize diverse tasks in a high-energy environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects and activities with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Minimum 5 years of producer experience.
  • Familiarity with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. DaVinci Resolve 18, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable in various styles of content (e.g. in-studio shoots, podcasts, on the road/in the field, etc.).
