Key Responsibilities:

• Work night shifts in the wilderness for 7 consecutive nights, providing care and supervision for students.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
• Document interactions and supervision of students accurately.
• Assist students with their educational activities.
• Share knowledge and appreciation of the natural environment.
• Guide students through experiential learning activities.
• Facilitate group discussions and emotional processing.
• Manage crises and de-escalate challenging situations.
• Support and collaborate with colleagues during shifts.
• Address challenges creatively and collaboratively.
• Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

Essential Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within the first month of employment; Wilderness First Responder certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years old, in accordance with state regulations.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment health assessment.
• Eligibility to work in the USA.
