Commercial Construction Project Manager

Mammoth Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement project logistics plans, preliminary construction schedules, and subcontractor scopes of work.
- Manage and process owner and subcontractor change orders, ensuring compliance with project scopes of work and contractual agreements.
- Lead or participate in subcontractor scope review meetings, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
- Update drawings and specifications in Procore and shared drives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project information.
- Request, track, and review subcontractor and supplier submittals, shop drawings, and product samples, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare, review, and track RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to project inquiries.
- Manage meeting agendas and minutes for assigned projects, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project progress.
- Lead or participate in OAC and subcontractor meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality standards, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable for contracted scope of work, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
- Coordinate scope changes, drawing updates, and other documents with superintendents and affected subcontractors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
- Proactively measure and look ahead to plan for next steps and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of project milestones.
- Adapt to new construction methods, tools, processes, and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years combined experience as project engineer or equivalent, and commercial project management.
