Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Field Crews: Lead and manage our field crews to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and Implement Safety Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and clients.
  • Manage Equipment and Resources: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our equipment and resources, ensuring that they are in good working condition and available for use when needed.
  • Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations of our field crew members to ensure that they are meeting the required standards and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our field crew members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • 2-4 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in industrial cleaning and unit decontamination, with a proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating field crews.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
