Mental Health Crisis Interventionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Crisis Case Manager to join our team at the Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
As a Crisis Case Manager, you will work closely with consumers, families, and community partners to provide targeted case management and community psychiatric supportive treatment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist consumers in accessing necessary resources and services, while promoting independence and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide community-based interventions, including CPST and TCM services, to consumers with mental health issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, families, and community partners to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Collaborate with other social service agencies and organizations to access resources and services for consumers.
You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a crisis situation. A strong understanding of human behavior and development is essential for success in this role.
