Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can not only complete assigned tasks but also address the broader issues to ensure long-term solutions. You will operate independently using a company vehicle equipped with the necessary tools for your daily tasks. A work phone will be provided to keep you connected with both your assignments and the office.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn about pesticide regulations to pass the licensure exam within the first 90 days.
- Ability to comply with OSHA, ODA, and physical requirements without accommodation (including lifting over 50 lbs, safely accessing attics, crawl spaces, and roofs, as well as climbing and crawling).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience is advantageous, as commissions are based on sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills.

If you are transitioning from high school or military service, this role could be an excellent fit for you. Candidates with experience in other blue-collar sectors are also encouraged to apply. A solid understanding of a self-directed customer service environment is beneficial, though we are happy to provide training.
