  4. Efficiently process transactions at the checkout, ensuring accuracy and speed.
  5. Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage various payment methods, including cash, checks, and electronic payments.
  6. Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
  7. Comply with regulations concerning restricted items.
  8. Foster teamwork by collaborating with fellow associates.
  9. Report any pricing or product discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Stay informed about current promotions and seasonal offerings.
  11. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain proper temperature logs.
  12. Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents to management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage stressful situations with composure.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
