Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Database Administrator to join our growing team at the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston.

Job Responsibilities

The CRM Database Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Administering, managing, and optimizing the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) database platform and related systems
  • Performing analytics to generate strategic insights for philanthropy, marketing, education, and impact teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with CRM platforms and data analytics
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
Benefits

A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
