Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Channelview, Texas area. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals of all ages improve their communication and swallowing abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
- Provide therapy services to improve communication and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical experience working with diverse populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
