Job Summary

We are seeking exceptional Project Controls Specialists for our NAMS-2 project in Mountain View, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, communicating effectively, enforcing project standards, evaluating performance, and tracking employee performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report project progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Recognize and mitigate risks, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Enforce project standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Evaluate and suggest changes to improve project outcomes.
  • Track employee performance during the project.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-3 years of related experience for Level I, 3-5 years for Level II, and 5+ years for Level III.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $138,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
