Verista is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automation group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex automation systems that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support staff with on-site resources and setup/troubleshooting activities
- Configure and test MES integrations, printers, scales, and barcode scanners
- Set up master data, BOMs, and BOPs for automation projects
- Participate in project controls, prepare and update project status reports, and coordinate with engineering and automation design teams
- Identify and oversee system integrations, and provide recommendations for process improvements
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with Syncade and MES
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, meet deadlines, and prioritize assignments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet navigation
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and lead cross-functional teams
