Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Insurance Needs Assessment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services
  • Policy Administration
    • Administer and manage clients' insurance policies, including renewals and cancellations
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy changes and updates
  • Claims Support
    • Provide exceptional support to clients during the claims process
    • Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
  • License and Certifications
    • Licensed to sell insurance in applicable state
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
