Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and skilled Partnership Marketing Associate to become a vital part of our Partnership Marketing division. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consumer Engagement:
    Develop, implement, and oversee marketing programs and campaigns, including content marketing, social media outreach, and consumer event activations.
  • Lead the organization and execution of consumer activations, ensuring all logistical components are efficiently managed, including staffing, setup, and breakdown.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to enhance the performance and optimization of programs and campaigns.

  • Project Management:
    Plan, organize, and execute projects from inception to completion while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate efforts among various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to guarantee seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and streaming services (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Netflix).
  • Experience in event planning and execution is advantageous.

Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $70.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
