Job Description

Role Overview

This is a sales support role that focuses on indirect income generation through client needs assessment, appointment setting, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve client billing problems and ensure timely payments.
  • Complete incoming tasks and assign as necessary.
  • Follow up on auto and fire underwriting needs.
  • Achieve sales goals by answering phones, processing requests, and introducing clients to the agency.
  • Establish trusting business relationships with clients.

Performance Metrics

  • Set a minimum of 5 pivots per day, with an optimal goal of 10.
  • Set one appointment per day for an appropriate salesperson.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life & Health license (required)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
