Key Responsibilities:- Transport medical cannabis products to patients' locations safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Review manifests and paperwork carefully to confirm order accuracy.
- Engage with patients during deliveries, answering questions and verifying identification.
- Process transactions using our POS software during deliveries.
- Provide updates to the delivery team and manage delivery software effectively.
- Adhere to all state medical cannabis regulations throughout the delivery process.
- Deliver excellent service to patients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Must have a spotless driving record.
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
- Ability to drive for up to 12 hours at a time, working a maximum of 52 hours per week over four shifts.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Open availability for scheduling.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to address challenges on the road without on-site management.
