Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mammography Supervisor to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our mammography department and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the mammography department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that enhance patient care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the clinical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Utilize your expertise in mammography to enhance service delivery and patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • Must have 3 or more years related clinical experience with focus on Mammography/Breast Care.
  • QC Mammography required.
  • Leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in mammography and a deep understanding of the principles and practices of radiologic technology.
  • ARRT, ARRT (M), ARRT (CT), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), or equivalent required.
  • BCLS.
