Key Responsibilities- Incident Review and Investigation
- Support the review and investigation of hospital incident reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Committee Support
- Provide secretariat support to various committees, including the Total Quality Management Committee and the Incident Review Committee for Serious Reportable Events.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives
- Coordinate quality improvement initiatives, including the annual review of departmental policies and the organization of the annual Quality & Safety Day.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with external organizations to improve quality and safety standards.
- Project Management
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement projects, including the submission of projects or posters to external award platforms.
- Surveys and Data Analysis
- Coordinate and analyze data from surveys, such as the Patient Safety Culture Survey and the Patient Experience Survey.
- Special Projects
- Undertake special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Department.
- Education
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality, preferably clinical quality related.
- Skills
- Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Personality Traits
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a positive can-do attitude and perseverance to overcome challenges.
