Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring that all store systems are functioning properly.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual merchandising of the store, including creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies, including monitoring sales floor activity, investigating theft, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates, including coaching, mentoring, and training programs, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales associates. Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement. Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked.
